Covid-19 Contingency Plan for the 2021-22 School Year
We don't know what our lives are going to look
like tomorrow, but we are operating under the
following possible scenarios:
Possible Scenarios and our Response:
- School as
normal at Cross of Glory Church.
- CHAT's Plan:
In this best case scenario classes will continue to meet in person like a
normal school year.
- Classes could be forced online
at some point either due to a government mandate or a church
decision.
- CHAT's Plan:
We will transition to online classes until we are allowed
to return to classes at Cross of Glory.
How This Affects You as You Register for Classes:
Classes fall into one of three categories
for the 2021-22 school year:
- Classes that will transition to the online format when required. (This
is most of our classes.)
-
Classes
that will only meet when we have in-person sessions at Cross of
Glory. In
those cases, refunds would be sent at the end of the semester for
class periods missed the weeks that we have only online classes.
-
Classes that will be modified and/or reduced during the periods of
online learning. Depending on the circumstances there may be refunds
involved.
Note: If we
have to hold online classes occassionally due to a Covid exposure, all
classes (except dance) will meet online. The above three
categories will be in effect if we are forced to go online for an
extended period of time due to a government mandate.
How do you know which category each
class falls into?
Information is posted on each class
description so you can know exactly what to expect for each
class. Register for classes based on this information.
