Hey everyone,

I wanted to send out an update on where things stand with registration:

Schedule Changes

• If you registered for a different schedule of classes then you had in the fall, I will not be processing your registration until after November 15th when I can determine if there is room in your requested classes.

Volunteer Obligation Not Met For the Fall

• If you have not yet fulfilled your fall volunteer obligation for the fall semester (you got a separate email from me if this applies to you), then your registration will not be processed until you sign up to volunteer or pay the $40 buyout.

Registrations Processed and Confirmations Sent

• If there were no schedule changes in your registration and your payment method is bank transfer, Paypal, Venmo, or credit card, you should have received your class confirmation emails.
• If there were no schedule changes in your registration, you are paying by check, and I have received your check, your registration has been processed and you should have received your class confirmations.

Checks Not Received Yet

• There are a number of people who registered right away but have not sent (or turned in) their checks.  Please remember that your registration date is the date that your check is received.
  

November 14 Deadline

• There are a number of eCHAT families that would like to get into classes that were full in the fall.  Those spots will be given to those students starting on November 15th.  Please make sure that you register by this Thursday if you want to retain your spot in a class! (If you are paying by check, make sure that you also turn your check in by Thursday also.)

For those folks that have to wait until after the 15th because of a schedule change request, we ask for your patience as it will take some time to sort all of that out.  We will try to connect with you by the end of our Thanksgiving break if not before.
