Registration for CHAT and eCHAT classes
Important Tuition and Fee Information for the 2023-2024 Fall Semester:
Please read through the Registration and Enrollment Policies in our handbook before registering.
Payment note: If you pay with Paypal and then drop a class, the processing fee is not refunded.
Checks and Bank Tranfer payments: If paying with a single check or bank transfer, your payment will be deposited around July 1. If you choose to pay with two checks, they must be mailed at the same time. The 2nd check will be deposited on or after August 15. Send checks right after completing your online registration, as your place in line is determined by the date your check(s) are received. If you need different arrangements, please contact one of the CHAT directors.
Drops: Please keep in mind that there is a fee to drop classes once you have registered for them. See the Handbook for details.
Additional note: As stated in our handbook, the family registration fee is nonrefundable. That fee covers the expense of processing registrations. The only instance where the family fee would be refunded would be if all classes you registered for are canceled.
To drop a class or make any other schedule changes, please contact the Registrar.
Registration for CHAT classes is done online. You can choose to pay by Paypal, check, or bank transfer, but you must begin by filling out the online registration. If you choose to pay by check, your registration will not be processed until your check(s) are received.
